Airbnb is very weak in my location.Booking on Homeaway.com sync easily to block out the reserved dates on my AirBnB calendar.Homeaway doesn't block me from communicating with potential renters.

If you rent to a white person and a minority applied first, they can easily win a discrimination case against you.  

Besides that, I'm kind of a control freak so I can't imagine not being able to easily check up on things.

While there are great people her on BP someone with more experience could easily come take that and snatch it up before you could blink.

There are VERY few and it's not a town where I'd spend my time looking for them, because anybody who can afford a rental in Scituate can easily afford a home in many of the surrounding towns.The one exception is vacation rentals.
