From driving for dollars, to actual cold/warm calling, to getting a potential seller to agree on putting their home under contract. 

Nothing like the heat from a good vehicle heater to keep you as warm as toast on a below zero morning.Check oil pressure, it's dropping (it can do that in the cold) and makes sure the blade is up and stowed, and then it's "In Gear" and off to make some easy money for the day.Vs Man steps out for the morning and gets into cramped little tool cat for a bumpy ride.Just my 2 cents.https://www.youtube.com/watch?

During the day it'll be warm, not hot, and at night with the wind just chilly enough for you to wonder if you should take a light jacket or not...nah, skip it!

However, mine are in a historic downtown, with about 23,000 population in our county seed city (Okaloosa county) and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, sugar sand white beaches and warm emerald waters!
