Hello my name is Adam Smith, 25 y.o. 

I live in Israel in lovely city named Holon. 

I write poetry and recently got into Real Estate investing. Looking for deals in Chicago area. 

I got to BiggerPockets by googling "Hard Money Lenders". 

I'm also taking part at the Project X by Robert Shemin. You can google him for more info.

My ultimate goal is $20K a month.
