It saves us a lot of money in individual visits from the property manager's people, and we usually catch many things the tenants don't care about, drainage issues, moisture damage, etc., before they become major issues.

VA was quite hot in the past 3 days, so the pending case really ruins our daily life sine we have a baby at home.I guess it is inevitable to see high premium next year although we have nothing to do with the power surge......

@Andrew Olson I would suggest you do your due diligence and perform all the inspections in which you would need in your area (termite & moisture, home inspection), even if its for informational purposes, at least you know.

@chris seveneyfirst if I ever end up in court since you are the only one asking or mentioning yes you will be the first person I call and tell my outcome to .. now to continue that quote or saying has been used forever when will people get with the program and change what they were taught the laws change all the time .. one judge might see it ok and one might not your also saying that it's illegal without a license and that's misleading you should be reported for that how is it my attorney Gary Davidson #1 in Illinois as well as other attorneys and Tax professionals that I have as partners that i work with daily inform me that this is perfectly legal Andi don't need a license but you gonna try to tell me I do only cuz of your personal belief 😂😂😂😂 don't waste your breathe here Sir

I really enjoy the forums and the interactions that come with it on a daily basis.So in short do not push a form of communication you are not comfortable with or like because you will not stick to it and will have sporadic results.
