I HATE all these "open enrollment health insurance calls", and I HATE these "Your Google Listing is Crap" calls, don't you?

However, that even feels unethical because I know if I was renting this place and locked myself into a lease thinking I’m in a nice quiet neighborhood and the next day all this crap comes “out of nowhere” I’d be pretty pissed.

Most of the crap they send me is already on the MLS which is OK, but the crazy thing is that their price is sometimes higher than the MLS list price.

Between all the marketing crap, multiple early "renewal" notices, and generally poor followup service, we stopped using them several years ago.

You can keep sinking time and money into a dinosaur that will continue to crap out with increasing frequency, or bite the bullet and replace it.
