Personally, it doesn't make me want to be an agent but I will admit the commissions are pretty staggering.

In general I think all Listing Agents are motivated for a property to sell because this is how they make money (commission on the sale).

If you want to SUPPLEMENT your RE investing with selling some homes WITH your realtors license and make a commission doing so (sometimes with more restrictions than a wholesaler has!)

Some of my income is from commission and it shows a consistent on going avg (since they need 2 years) which I have found to be helpful. 

If the broker also refuses, then contact their local real estate commission or even the NAR.If you ever need more specific advice on this, call another agent from another brokerage and explain your situation. particularly if they are from a rival brokerage, they will be happy to talk you through it.

The office has already let me sit in on some of their training classes to get a head start and their commission split is very favorable to agents. 

A Force Majeure event is hereby defined as the failure to carry out any of the terms of this Agreement due to any one of the following circumstances beyond the control of Contractor: (a) the operation and effect of rules, regulations, or orders promulgated by any commission, county, municipality, or governmental agency of the State of XXXX or the United States, (b) a restraining order, injunction, or similar decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, (c) war, (d) flood, (e) earthquake, (f) fire, (g) severe wind storm, (h) acts of public disturbance, (i) quarantine restrictions, (j) epidemics, (k) strikes, (l) freight embargoes, or (m) sabotage.

The agent needs to work for a broker.Broker is paid the commission.
