The property is in terrible condition, mold from pipes bursting in the bathroom flooding the kitchen and basement(about a year ago now), sever roof damage (it has been sited by L&I) and water damage to the front wall(2 stories worth), and I am sure a host of other minor issues not to mention Nothing is up to date.I just wanted to ask the rehab-ers out there what the ball park range is for rehabs in the area.

Understanding that Quiet Title suits probably vary in cost from state to state (and possibly depending on the complexity of the title's "cloud"), can anyone venture a SWAG on what one would expect to pay to execute one between filing fees and legal assistance, etc...?

There is a group that Doug Merriott hosts that meets the first sunday of the month at the Countryside library that is a biggerpockets meetup.

We would host international visitors through an organization we belonged to, just for a few days.

Also check out free resources out there on the net like Steph Davis, and a host of others, I used her site when I first started out for my contracts, etc.
