I'll write every address out if I have to, but maybe someone on here has automated this process...ideas? 

G'Day BP Fam,We have been buying between 5-10 properties per month in Toledo for 10+ years now.Lot's of those acquisitions come from direct mail through Yellow Letters Complete.It's a fairly automated platform where we purchase the list, choose the type of letter and they send the mailers.Our back end picks up the calls, schedules walkthrough's and negotiates, etc...I haven't been too happy lately with the lists and conversions.Thought it was us and tried tweaking our backend and reviewed our processes, etc... 

ANDWhat have you done to automate the system?

Use listsource to find cash buyers, use click2mail to market to them, and use an automated calling system to screen potential prospects.

Foreclosure costs have been greatly reduced due to heavy competition (more players than ever before) and also due to automation.

I would recommend a PMS system to automate your messaging as well as a dynamic pricing tool at a minimum.

So what I present for anyone interested is an opportunity to share knowledge and experience in exchange for potential business automation and business innovation.

Its people chasing work that will eventually be automated.

I want to automate a process of finding good deals. 

There's just too much local knowledge that doesn't lend itself to automation, meaning that those who rely on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor and other online resources, etc, just won't get the same level of service that they will from someone with boots on the ground.I spend an enormous amount of time talking clients OUT of properties.
