Lead Generation Help Needed!

G'Day BP Fam,

We have been buying between 5-10 properties per month in Toledo for 10+ years now.

Lot's of those acquisitions come from direct mail through Yellow Letters Complete.

It's a fairly automated platform where we purchase the list, choose the type of letter and they send the mailers.

Our back end picks up the calls, schedules walkthrough's and negotiates, etc...

I haven't been too happy lately with the lists and conversions.

Thought it was us and tried tweaking our backend and reviewed our processes, etc... 

Came to a conclusion and don't think the issue is with us but rather the lists from Yellow Letters.

Local wholesalers are sending me better deals than what we have been able to pick up and that never happened lol

And I'm fairly confident they don't have a better back end process than we do, or maybe they do??? 🙈

Either way, my question to you lovely folk is does anyone have any recommendations on another platform that we can try out?

I'm not a fan of the Instagram bull$#%@ promo's that I see daily and trust the BP audience's opinion more.
