Hello Adrian, I just finished closing on my first SFR in Fort Lauderdale which I plan to rent out long term via Section-8.

The basement is designed to be finished with all of the rough pluming, private walk-out stairs, and several egress windows and the finished portion will be roughly 1700 sq ft. 

E.g. let's say some of the properties have an extra bedroom/bathroom, finished basement, newer/older homes, etc.Thanks!

When things started getting sorted out and they started offering classes online I was able to finish my classes and ultimately get my license. 

I'm currently finishing the Pre-licensing course to take the state exam to obtain my Real Estate Licenses while being enrolled in 22 credits (7 classes) and playing college soccer.

Everyone is busy right now, but you HAVE to stay on top of the schedule if you want to finish a project on time.

I have my first duplex and about to finish rehab.

My wife is concerned with investing now because she plans to go to school in about 2 years to finish her DNP and during that time (2 years) she will not be able to work nor do we know if we will even be in the same area.

We are still working on it….next step now that the basement is finished, maybe Airbnb the two bedrooms downstairs?
