I then realized that I was able to compare apples to apples when I was seeing which houses were in the same zip codes, same sqft and similar Beds/Baths, and noticed when a property was a possible  "good deal" based on the price per sqft.

But I think it will come back strong because companies like Google and Apple have too much real estate capital invested here to relocate now.2)  I think that an OOS real estate investment of this size would have returned lots more cashflow over the past 2 years and some appreciation too.

Seems interesting also to note that you can directly relate this to cap rate (perhaps to allow for a more apples-to-apples comparison of a residential investment and a commercial investment).

It just isn't apples to apples and the accounting is setup in a non-customizable way that may not even work for our company.Lastly, the staff or "Implementation Team" is not very helpful and don't even seem very knowledgeable in their own software, that's if we can actually get them on the phone.Has anyone else had these issues with their switch?
