Baltimore is certainly an area you need to go in with your eyes wide open and with an agent who knows locals rules and all its idiosyncrasies. 

I believe that may be the first step to coordinating the bridge to shopping for homes with your agent as you'd have a more definite price ceiling.

In May we looked at a handful of options but the agent we met with said almost all of the buildings prohibit Airbnb use as part of the HOA policy.

Tampa and Orlando are both very strong demand and price, but provide some safety with appreciation and Florida overall being sought after.I can recommend an agent for you to utilize in Tampa or if you are interested in Orlando, let me know.

You'll also save on real estate agent commissions.
