Hi Guys, Please what are the top softwares for tracking rehab projects?

Will be my first fixer but my father has been in RE (Tennessee) for some time and I have a buddy who is a general contractor to do the work.My day job is as a sr manager at a large software company and I am working on a startup to help others with the issues I had finding a property I wanted at a discount. 

They are in a subreddit I made up, so I'm dictator of my little obscure corner.This sort of thing also exists in the open source software community.

I've been a software developer for the past thirty years.  

I need some guidance on the following:1)is there any accounting software for property management that also includes accounting for investors (i.e distributions and K1s) and other provisions in the operating agreement such as if I need to do a capital call?

However most online software allow partial payment.  

Does anyone use excel or some type of management software?

As a software developer who's worked at nothing but startups for the last 10 years...don't try to start a website unless you know a very motivated co-founder who can write code, and another very motivated co-founder who knows how to raise money. $300k isn't going to cut it.

I don't know if I must have a paid automated software to succeed or not , but the many good things I've heard about automated lead generation software make it seems that it's a very valuable tool. 

Quick question for you all....what CRM software are you using to manage all of your contacts and automate many of your processes/postings/etc.
