I have an uncle who has over 35 years of carpentry experience and an uncle who has over 10 years of residential general contracting experience (currently lives in Florida, though).I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and I graduated in the top 10% of my class.I have 7+ years of business management/finance experience working in supply chain roles.I decided last summer that I wanted to learn about flipping houses.

I may be a bit old school but I am more inclined to give advice to someone who has posted a background, interest and has specific questions. 

I am an 18 year old right out of high school and i have a passion for houses.

So I am a current law student and will be in law school for the next 2 years.

Marlton, voorhees, Cherry hill, mount laurel are great target areas because you are going to find a high quality tenant - great schools, job market etc 3.

For new investors who don't want to invest right near them, I always tell them to make a list of where they have lived (competitive advantage of knowing the areas), where their friends and family live (boots on the ground and eyes on the houses), and where they have spent other time in school or work (more competitive advantage).

I train at Lucas Lepri in Charlotte and we have an affiliated school in Raleigh. 

I'm living in Brooklyn and am about to graduate from Hunter College.

If you raise my rent that much or put that home on the market what makes me want to rent that instead of the about 20 other homes i can lease in Edmond or deer creek schools for the same price or less? 

Plus a portion that area is in Western Heights school district which has been taken over by the state board of education due to mismanagement.
