We checked a college age tenant's My Space page once and it revealed that for fun he likes to drive through Muchas Gracias (the local Mexican fast food place) drunk at 2 am and order burritos.

We had a tenant sign a lease for a condo, then before moving in, she said the fridge wasn't large enough for her and her family, as they shop for all their food and don't eat out.

I also travel quite a bit and am not even including those food expenses.

as I read earlier, food for thought, ha ha.  

I'm currently a single family home investor with a steady day job selling frozen food to Walmart here in NWA (Northwest Arkansas).

I have twin toddlers, and they have colored on walls, dented the hardwood floors by dropping things on them, put hand prints all over the walls and splashed food all over the breakfast area walls.

Some food for thought.

My husband also works for the State, and runs a blog on sustainability in the suburbs (we grow and produce much of our own food on a small lot).I'm interested mostly in buy and hold, and have just started browsing different markets.
