We had a tenant sign a lease for a condo, then before moving in, she said the fridge wasn't large enough for her and her family, as they shop for all their food and don't eat out.

I have twin toddlers, and they have colored on walls, dented the hardwood floors by dropping things on them, put hand prints all over the walls and splashed food all over the breakfast area walls.
