Money spent needs to recouped through higher rents in under two years to make it worth while.

This of course introduces the headache of what could become an unmanageable workload for one person.My gut instinct says a formalized funnel will be worthwhile.

Was wondering if anyone out there heard of this company and if its a worth while business oppurtunity.

I'm not convinced I can add enough value to make this worthwhile unless I am buying an at least moderately distressed property. 

I greatly appreciate your insight and experience in this as I think it will help me avoid spending even more time looking into it to find that it isn't a worthwhile endeavor.

Have you taken th etime to actually crunch th enumbers and prove it is a worthwhile investment property.

They aren’t cheap, but we’ll worthwhile improvement the right circumstances.

But it's just the market here in general right now - we haven't even written a single offer in the past 4 months, simply because the deals don't work - either the flip margins aren't enough to make it worthwhile, or the LTR numbers are simply negative cash flow without putting more than 30% down.  

Plus, everything is negotiable, so ask for a lower fee if they check out as someone worthwhile.
