Hello, Everyone,I ran across this Real estate website, and wanted to learn about real estate purchasing, and after I realized that the seminar was a waste of my time.

So I felt I wasted 2 days of my time for the 4 leads I actually got and never closed to had anything come from it.

This seems to waste a lot of money on attorney fees even before we start the investment.

Easier to leverage up after the fact than to leverage down if you don't hit your projected numbers and run into some speed bumps (or a brick wall) as is apt to happen out of state.

No big deal nothing leaking inside the walls,  fix it all up start moving the next day.
