I'm focusing on the use of the word "landlocked" here... not sewer.

i find it a bit concerning, i am at the same level you are i pass the last 4month searching for home (house hacking) now that i am the owner am happy to focus on differente part of the puzzle instead of fixer up thousand of stuff beside only minor repair. 

Too many of us are so focused on price that we lose sight of a more important metric, cash on cash return.  

I'm a new investor with my focus being rehabs.

The first ever developmental plan for the city was released not too long ago, so I’ve been looking into that to focus in on on a sub market.

Wouldn't be here without first focusing on the business of managing real estate but there are other paths that lead to the same destination.Best
