@Edgar Arias Here's a great list of books. http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/14...If your were only to get two books, i'd recommend "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" for inspiration and "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down!"
