There are a lot of scenarios that define a "distressed seller", but getting involved with all of them without systems established, will stress you out. 

I've tried the Add Images button and dragging and dropping but it just shows a progress bar saying "Uploading 0 of 0" with no progress after waiting 5 minutes or so.

On FB marketplace there is a button the person can push that says "is this still available" and the message goes directly to you via Messenger.

Much stress has been endured by folks who hastily created entities without consultation regarding the legal and tax ramifications.

Generally just makes your life a little less stressed and instills a pride of ownership mentality on your residents.

Hi @Rachael Greene - just based on the handful of 203k loans my clients have used, they can be tough ... your lender's experience in getting them done is going to play a huge roll in minimizing everybody's stress and frustration levels throughout the course of the transaction.
