I know on our pressure washer, there is a separate tank for soap.We normally just pressure wash with water, and its never left any type of hazzy/weird after substance!

@Manley Woods- the age of the structure doesnt concern me if I get a solid inspection ...the more concerning thing to me is the systems in the homes ( furnace / pipes / sewer lines / oil tank ?

You have to stock it with water, empty the tanks, keep the batteries charged, replace the consumables, clean after every guest, etc.After accounting for delivery costs, parking costs, and personal time, it wasn't worth the hassle.
