Middletown, Ohio multi-family question

Posted

Hello, I am an inexperienced investor, finally ready to pull the trigger. I came across this property https://www.zillow.com/homedet...

(516 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044) and I am wondering why has it been on zillow for so long (161 days). The nunbers look great to me, what am I missing? I don't understand what is "wrong" with the property?

Thanks!

Andra, it does look like a great property based on the pictures.  I personally would call the agent and ask if there are any major problems with it.  Based on the fact it's been on the market for 5 months with this hot sellers market, I'm assuming there are major issues such as foundation, roof, or something else that's quite expensive.  It could also be it's rented under market value and there are non paying tenants currently occupying.
