@Tania Lopez If you and your husband are favoring selling and doing the 1031 route, you should start talking to a Qualified Intermediary and keep them in the loop as the process progresses.

Other clients who were living paycheck-to-paycheck are now making significant progress toward paying down debt.

After 3 years and 5 flips and 3 in progress, I use GanttPro for planning, docusign for contracts and MagicPlan (& an architect) for envisioning floorplans

There is so much economic diversity and progress happening here that it is a sound investment.

Bought a fixer in a high property value area that is rapidly appreciating due to city progress and improvements.

The light rail goes right into uptown and has also spurred so much development around the stations (Think Appreciation/Path of progress).

I eventually want to find my own property to BRRR so I thought it could be good experience to see a rehab from demo to finish (I think he’s fine with me checking up on the property as it progresses).

Also the same for a couple of China internet tech based ETFs.I will add progressively larger and larger amounts if/when Alibaba drops further buying heavily sub 200.
