Just found the assessment of someone who seemed to be ther biggest player of the old system and while he is moving right along in his "education" he sure as H*LL is not a point away from perfect, far from it!

Many people are of course great "poker players" about financial matters and their true motivation.

I have faith and enough serious players in this business as friends to counsel with.

I'd also check the ads and find the real players and see if they'd let you do some ridealongs.

Like in baseball, other players need to speak up, and some are, about how steroid and PED cheats like Alex Rodriguez taint the game, hurt them professionally and financially and that the game needs to be clean.

The problem will be getting full ownership once those mature - I've interviewed some lawyers, but it's a small town with only a handful of players, and I don't have much volume to really "wedge" my way into those relationships. 

then I read almost every post on here regarding TKs,  spoke to most of the bigger players on the phone but was never comfortable pulling the trigger for all the reasons most people mention.. most importantly, I don't want to be involved in any decision on the investment after I have made it..  

I love my profession, and I appreciate dentistry as a gateway to comprehensive well-being, but I'm ready to step out of the lifestyle of Poor Dad, and narrow down into my dream-- to become a successful wholesaler and a valuable resource for other players in the real-estate business.
