There is a full garden and the whole friggin house is wrapped in plants...then the double lot is grown over with random shrubs and little trees.It's literally surrounded by a ragtag bunch of different plants haphazardly planted.If in the spring I were to cut most of them out, freeing up the .3 acres into a nice big yard and to tidy up around the outside, would I expect to see some equity added when appraised?

Plus the nuclear power plant, the ports, and DuPont have also always provided steady employment.Best Luck!

Ditto my lavender plants. 

I consider myself firmly planted in the learning/preparation phase of my investing.For the last few months I have been feeling some worry set in about what to do with my money. 

For example, there are areas within Colorado Springs that are within the future path of progress when the Drake Power Plant gets removed and the area gets built back up, but this is a 10+ year investing play.

Inventory will suffer for the foreseeable future.

From the title insurance standpoint, if the lienholder is not attempting to foreclose and you're current on your mortgage payments, I suspect the insurer will tell its insured lender, as long as the status quo is maintained, it has not suffered a loss and there is nothing for the title insurer to do.
