As you have probably noticed that there is a bunch to learn on this site.THere are some pretty good videos on YouTube and plenty of books to read.  

You've gotta have passion, drive, tenacity and be marginally psychotic :-) to do this but if you stick with it, learn the business and create a bit of luck for yourself, you'll succed.Be The Bank. 

That's when a very bright light bulb went off in my head after coming across a YouTube video on real estate investing.  

Ok I'm at the point now where I'm tired of reading and watching videos about investing and feel like I need to do something.

I decided that I would not sacrifice my study time (podcasts, reading, seminars, videos, journaling etc.), and I needed to remain successful at my W2 (Property Mgr 570 beds of student housing, $30+MM asset), as well as hand-on renovating this duplex. 5am until work I study, day job in the middle and work no later than 11pm on the house.

Find your own passion and follow that path.

Darren Hardy has a video on YouTube that I watch monthly called "Super Achievers vs Overachievers" and it has a lot to do with how the top 1% uses their time.

I've read the book and watched a great video on Brandon doing an analysis using the BP calc tools.
