I just completed a $6+million dollar manufacturing facility and labs in the city for my job,  and I realized I loved the project more than my actual job (post construction). 

I have priced both Lowe’s and HD as comparison and HD seems to have better lower prices though they don’t carry the same manufactured items too much.

Comps for 3/2 in the area are between 150 and 200, but it is a manufactured home and I can’t find any other manufactured homes that have sold recently in that town.
