HVAC Replacement

Hoping some of the Greensboro/High Point, NC area members can point me in the right direction to get the HVAC in one of my rental homes replaced at a reasonable cost, for a reasonable unit, on a single zone 1900 sqft, two story SFH. I know I am asking for a bit of a unicorn at this time of year. I am planning to hold the unit for some time, so I am ok with a used unit in good condition with some sort of warranty as well.

Thanks for any suggestions in advance.

You may want to consider a heat pump (air to air).  They tend to cost a little more but given your location you may get more bang for your buck during the winter months.   They provide heating in the winter as well up to a certain temp before the furnace takes over.  They tend to have lower utility cost.    Whatever you end up with I would add the yearly maintenance plan for the spring / fall cleanings.  This will greatly extend the life of the equipment.  Around here they run about $150- $180 a year. This also gets you into the unit to inspect the property.
