The house next door was recently sold to an owner occupant who has several large dogs.

I have a friend who is from Ghana, he has money there and has shown interest in investing with us, but isn't sure how to bring large amounts of money in, without it raising red flags. 

Now I want to get a blanket loan to put everything under one loan... 1 payment to 1 bank.. and take out Equity to make a couple large moves... now -does anyone have experience with a blanket loan and would they recommend this?

We found same materials at less cost in other stores more focussed on volume sales than have large expenses with a trendy show room.

If you decide you want to manage other people's properties, you need to become a real estate agent and work for a brokerage that does property management (you'd be surprised how few do this since there is such a large liability like Tony said) but once you can acquire your broker's license you can go off on your own.
