Can the BRRRR method be used with turnkey properties?
I am curious about purchasing a turnkey property but I’m not sure if I would be able to scale such an endeavor. If most turnkey properties have little to no equity? How do you refinance? Is the BRRRR method applicable?

The simple answer is that buying turnkey and doing a BRRR are two different strategies, and are not compatible. So, no.
