Or DIY, you can use "Natures miracle" spray which is sold at retail stores which is an enzyme based cleaner that works great on urine and will break down the ammonia (and strong associated urine smell) in urine that makes it pungent.

My point is rentals are tough things to run through calculators  they can be a baseline but reality of owning them will be different better  or in most cases worse  since its human nature to pick the most aggressive scenarios..

Assuming they are otherwise a decent tenant and not tearing up the place and are staying long-term, and considering re-renting costs, vacancies, unknown nature of the next section 8 tenant, etc, do many of you hands-on Section 8 landlords with tenants having rent 95% paid just opt to do nothing and let it ride?
