I want a warm body to mentor or train with and the person that invited me was just getting his license too!

Basically any warm body I can get into the vacant POHs will add value to the park, so instead of fixing up the units, I was thinking about just selling the existing POHs for next to nothing and charging lot rent.

We trapped the rat — who we named Templeton of course — and released him humanely at an undisclosed location. 

I had equity and a healthy salary, however the ship sank and I became the number 1 employee to quit.I think a lot of us go into real estate because it allows us to grow with out a large human footprint.
