According to my Inspector if the plug is slightly unplugged & something falls down on it, it will only hit the ground prong not the two live ones.Fortunately or by luck we had all the new ones in correctly except one.

Then pay them off.Properties are bought between months 10 and 68, and cash flow hits 3110/month at the beginning of year 7(this is in year 7 dollars with the 2%/yr inflation applied).The first property is paid off in month 78, and it accelerates from there, until the last one is paid off in month 133.

A couple of thoughts:Without leverage, it's eminently doable in most areas of the country to hit an 8% yield holding a SFR, and that's not counting any appreciation that may come your way.
