I am an recent graduate of Southern University and took real estate courses and I have a general knowledge but before I start doing contracts and assignments and talking to different buyers I would like to become more knowledgeable on the subject.

The house has plenty of Hospitals/Universities in the area and a 20 minute train and bus ride to NYC with stops right in the middle of town.Like i said i just found this site last week and i feel like i went around this backwards.

I graduated from the university here in May of 2019 with hopes of going to medical school after taking a gap year.

It’s lovely and modern, in a high traffic area for university students and first home buyers.

Its in a b- neighborhood that I'm asking close to top dollar for, but with rent comps to support, centrally located and convenient to our local University.

Right now, according to worldometer, there are over 7,941,149 coronavirus cases globally and more than 433,000 deaths.

There may be some location specific exceptions (next to a major university that has visiting professors for example).
