Investors like me should be driving rent prices down and housing prices up because they're satisfied with lower returns and even no cash flow.They are somewhat with American homes for rent, Blackstone ect getting into the REO to rental game over the last few years.

He's also selling a 2 Million+ RV park so he doesn't need the cash but is more concerned with someone coming in, not taking care of the properties/tenants and unless he gets a good down payment they have no skin in the game.
