Also, in the future .. make sure the floors match, it looks unplanned to have the 2 different colors, not to mention also carpet and tile.. you gotta sell flow, focus on who your buyer is, and what they want!

I agree with you that the part right by Inglewood is good - I have also seen closer to the 110, on the other end of that zip code (i.e. past Normandie towards Vermont), and I think that section can be rougher, but as we know, people are making money everywhere - I'm sure it'll continue to improve in the future.
