Dear all,

I just joined the BiggerPockets community and very excited about it. 

A little about myself: I live in San Fernando Valley on the west side of LA and primarily interested in learning about investment/rentals. 

I think BiggerPocket is an awesome place and I hope I can contribute to and grow together with it!
