It would really need to go to 9 to 10 to make a suitable return on investment, which just isn't an option here.So my advice to anyone considering a course:first check your own local zoning laws to make sure this is even feasible or not.

I figured that someone would come at me with the wholesaling strategy but I don't see this as feasible when someone can max out by listing with an agent under MV and then create a bidding war that bumps the price beyond reason.
