Commercial Agent who can broker a deal with a developer?

My heart in this is not a socialistic ideal but rather a discernment of what's good for the community/society.

By whales I mean big developers, hedge funds, banks etc.

I just bought a property and it’s about half a mile from a giant development of huge corporate buildings, restaurants, apartments etc. has anyone dealt with leasing to a company for their traveling employees, or selling to one?

My offer was no money down (I know not ideal), 6% interest rate, 30 year amortization with a 5 year balloon.

This new house is a new build, that is part of a 9-home development. 

It definitely helps to get some developer contacts so that you can be first to know about new development projects on multifamily properties.
