Another may be the amount of time your vacation home is Air BnB.

I'd keep the screen doors as it means you can open the front door and get air flow in during warmer days without letting in the bugs. 

Hi my renter is requesting to install two air conditioner units in the house to deal with the summer.

Is it better to find a property for long term rentals or air bnb type rentals? 

We use Zillow, Cozy (which links to Realtor.com) and we always print nice quality yard signs from VistaPrint.  

It took them a week to break it all up, wait for the air to clear, then get the old duct work out from the walls, but in the old days the duct work ran up a large race to the upper rooms so it was an easy cut, pry & drop.

The house had been vacant for two years so we aired it out and cleaned what we could.

If the ductwork was sized for a gas furnace and air conditioning , it will be undersized for a heat pump .
