Im currently stationed in Germany but were planning on heading to Savannah, GA for (hopefully) Retirment in 2024.

I have the appreciation play / minimal cash flow in Texas right now, so the Akron plan is to maximize steady cash flow.

Some day I plan on having one there but I'm not sure if its the best choice for my first venture.

I preferably want to buy in the state of Mississippi and to seek assistance from section 8 as I plan to fix and hold properties.
