@Claudia Everett There are less and less foreclosure opportunities in NOVA, however you could follow many of the auction sites in the area. 

You can find local professionals through this site, by going to the "Network" tab and searching "Members."

I haven't done any business with them but based on my observations of the properties listed on their site from the Cleveland market they aren't adding much if any value other than a nice website.
