Criminal or near criminal complaints tend to rattle the branches alot more than civil complaints.In fact if any of these investors are outside of the state he is conducting business in, it can be federal.

If I found a fixer upper around here I'd reconsider, or I'm considering one of the seedier areas west of here for low market entry and cash flow, and work with someone as a team, and if it meshes well branch out from there.
