Comments on WC Equity Group (turnkey company in Florida)

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone has used the company WC Equity Group (http://www.wcequitygroup.com) that offers rental turnkey properties in Florida, and if those experiences were positive.

I found this company through Loopnet and they have several interesting properties in Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Jacksonville, Lakeland, Winter Haven, etc. Therefore, I would like to know if anyone has heard positive or negative comments about this company.

Additionally, this company offers asset-based loans (non-recourse loans) that could be good for me as I am not based in US.

Looking forward to hearing any comments and opinions about this firm.

@Alejandro Lisson Ramirez It is fairly new, just a few months that I'm doing business with the property management branch of WC Equity (Florida Asset Management) but first negotiated the PM contract with WC Equity.  In short, so far I'm totally satisfied with WC Equity and FAM.  I believe they are running a tight ship with good business senses and principles.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.
