Hi,General question about prospective tenant screening for commercial space: If a new applicant comes in, and their business doesn't really have enough history to have a good background picture (e.g. new biz), is using a tenant screening service you'd normally use for regular rental screening a legitimate way to go?

The user interface is clunky, the property advertisement page is very basic, and the ability to do "unique" things is tough.Some of the other services I use are Podio, ISC (for resident screening), Cozy for electronic payments, and rentalapplication.net for online applications (as it was free, but soon to charge).

I work with alot of out of state investors and alot of time in the screening process I ask my clients what they are looking for and find out they are really just investors trying to find bird dogs all over the country to get them an awesome deal.
