I'm currently work full time in the healthcare industry , and have a desire change that within the next couple years.BP has been an eye opener in just a short amount of time.

Another thing that's helping me is I became a PRO member on BiggerPockets to keep reminding myself to keep drinking the kool aid and driving on.

The rent is very low relative to other MSA’s, the housing is cheap relative to wages, insurance, taxes, healthcare, costs across the board are lower.

I’m not looking to become an agent who works with clients, I want a license specifically to aid my investing career/business, and to possibly work with other investors.

I never formally introduced myself when I first joined BP last year.My main profession is in Healthcare IT.

Our job market is also based on largely on academia and health care, both stable/growing industries.
