Hoping to refinance out of the FHA loan and tap into the equity to acquire another project.

Since this will be a rental property under an LLC, I am learning that HELOC's are a bit more difficult to acquire. 

We are ramping up our marketing/sales efforts and in doing this we need to have a better way to sell properties that we acquire faster. 

But, I’m going to take my time so I can ensure I acquire assets that will provide for my family for generations!

I am new and would like to get more hands on experience shadowing someone through the steps of acquiring a property if anyone is up for it. 

Is there creative way to acquire property that anyone can think of?

-All of the properties I have acquired came with these, so I supplied them to my tenants.

Also, I’m here for everything I can help with, I already have 9 rented units that i acquired through conventional loans, and Im ready to continue to grow my portfolio, JV and do as much as i can within the community!

The only problem you could have down the road is if you have acquired 10 financed properties and want another.

In my opinion, I would recommend you look to other areas to acquire a SFR.
