Introduction - New Investor to the community!

Hi everyone this is Julio Pertuz from Scranton pa, I just recently joined this community and I'm happy and excited for what's coming next. I'm really new to this and I'll be learning as much as I can and if you guys can help me out, sharing some ideas and information for what my next steps should be I would appreciate it. Also, I'm here for everything I can help with, I already have 9 rented units that i acquired through conventional loans, and Im ready to continue to grow my portfolio, JV and do as much as i can within the community! :)
