Excited to join BP, after browsing for a couple of hours it is evident this site has a wealth of knowledge and expertise available. 

I'm looking to see if anyone has advice or can point to resources about legal documents for leasing, and lease forms.

I'm not going to even bother looking at their site.....you don't get an unsecured cash line of credit for $60k without some substantial/decent financials, and a business history.....period.

A friend and aspiring investor turned me on to you guys and from what I have seen it seems like a great site and resource.

I may do the same and combine it with sites that have current listings. 

My interest in this BP site is to learn and excel in RE investment, especially in flip and fix and buy and hold for investment properties.
