Right now, I'm working my way through Angie's List recommendations - and Goodman dealers in the Raleigh area in hopes to find someone who can install it; and handle freon (I will need to replace a Goodman unit in my 1,003 square foot condo; and am looking at buying either a new Goodman unit or a different manufacturer).Jennifer 

Im seeing tons of mobile homes for sale on Facebook market place.  Some nice ones selling for cheap that look in real good condition but just need to be moved of the sellers land.Is anyone dabbling into the MH or Camp...

I have priced both Lowe’s and HD as comparison and HD seems to have better lower prices though they don’t carry the same manufactured items too much.

Comps for 3/2 in the area are between 150 and 200, but it is a manufactured home and I can’t find any other manufactured homes that have sold recently in that town.

A lease Is a clever way for manufacturers to dump cars off the lot at high rates by tricking people with low monthly payments . 

If the city you're investing in is heavily dependent on one type of industry (tourism, manufacturing or retail) and the economy turns, you could find quality residents in short supply.

New appliances have manufacturer warranties that will cover problems usually in the first year.

You can deal directly with manufacturers and save.
